Graduate Marketing Assistant
In 2024, I established a partnership between Highlands and Islands Enterprise and An Tobar and Mull Theatre to support a new Graduate Marketing Assistant role. This role is focused on growing audience engagement, developing ATMT’s social media presence, and promoting ATMT’s sustainability initiatives. This has significantly increased our organisational capacity, allowing our Marketing Manager to effectively split their time between his marketing role and visual arts curatorship. In addition, our Graduate Marketing Assistant has had the opportunity to gain international collaboration experience, producing a video for our Brazil Season of Culture funding application, and to run and advertise their own community screenings project.
